Holographic Wills In Ontario

Saturday, 27 / feb/10: Figure Skating: Tonya Harding, Miki Ando, \u200b\u200bMao Asada, Joannie Rochette, Yu-Na Kim 24/feb/10

I: Good morning
skater Tonya Harding is best remembered in the sports world because in 1994 her former husband hired a godmother to her knees sticks attacked his bitter rival, Nancy Kerrigan during a practice session at the North American Championship Figure Skating. Kerrigan had to withdraw from the competition (which Harding won), but then recovered, attended the Lillehammer Olympics, and won the silver medal (see Column Lithic 8/ago/09 ). The mastermind of the attack maintained its place in the Olympic team, despite his conviction (later confessed) and was eighth in those games. However, few remember that, years before that assault, Tonya Harding was the second skater in history who managed to run a triple axel, the jump of greater technical complexity and physical demands that are in the repertoire of the game (except the Quad Salchow , which has only been achieved by Japan's Miki Ando.) All this was pointed out now that the final figure skating at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver-anti-Mao Asada of Japan became only the fifth woman to successfully land a triple Axel in international competition since the simple version this jump was invented in 1882. Several others have made triples in national tests, but international, few the bold. The mysterious words today are: ice, television skating.

II: Ice Castles
The Axel is a jump that starts from the front, unlike Lutz (more common) that starts from behind and also has the support of the "fingers "the opposite foot that is sliding on the ice for takeoff. In the Axel, the skater picks up momentum on the left foot back, and at the last minute change of foot, change of address, and is urged to sde the floor only with the right foot, which is the same landing , this time with the body back. Thus, a triple Axel is actually three and a half twists, something that requires tremendous strength and ability to turn pissed in the air so fast. Antier, Mao Asada made three triple Axel, something unique to the story, but then dazed, he entrambulicaron legs, and another attempt to triple (Lutz) came out in a simple chorreadito, who was penalized by the judges and sent it to second place. The Korean Kim Yu-Na made a routine perfect (although, to my taste, much less artistic grace that Miki Ando , who had to settle for 5 th) at the rate of the Concerto in F by Gershwin and pulled out Asada abysmal 23 points. The bronze went to Canadian Joannie Rochette that just four days earlier had suffered the loss of his mother, the emotional note he could not miss, we'll see after the movie about it. Total all very nice skating in these Olympics, that we are enjoying here in town courtesy of TvColima.

III: Bravo, and thanks
insist on what I said earlier this week: a great success of Canal Once the broadcast local sports broadcasts on Channel 22 on the Winter Olympics, the two major television National chose to ignore. As a sandwich exotic, Colima have the special pleasure of enjoying these games, which for Most Mexicans are going blank. Congratulations to those who made this possible, these agreements have more in times to come.
