I: Good morning
My cousin, who is looking for work, was presented the day before yesterday Job Fair held in the auditorium Miguel de la Madrid. He distributed resumes (or curriculum?) In stands of various companies, and suddenly a guy came up to him to "provide jobs." He gave an appointment for the next day (Wednesday) at the premises of Telmex, assuring that it was a job in the telephone company. As my cousin is a very qualified systems engineer, was excited and thought that the post might well be yours. In the morning was smart and went to the appointment, in the building of Telefonos de Mexico's Constitution, looking for the "Bachelor Ochoa" that he had been told, will conduct the interview. Arriving at Telmex, said at the entrance by Mr. Ochoa, and the security guard pointed to a person who was in the hall (not in an office or behind a desk). The so-Ochoa said "ah, yes, look, nothing but the interviews I'm not doing here, but in Zaragoza 249", and my cousin went there, somewhat puzzled, but hopeful, as a good person who is looking for work. No idea that it was all a hoax. The mysterious words today are: chamba, traded, ethical.
II: Profit with the need
249 is found in Zaragoza with a surprise: it was not an interview to work, but a group operation to hook one of these "companies" that are a little bit here and then move to another city, after taking money from those who naively come in search of work. The country has several groups that operate this way: advertise job vacancies in newspapers and through flyers and make appointments which, instead of individual interviews, a display of skill to the labia sells the idea that "you are victorious," and that to be more winners will start their own business with products that provide them, and end selling (or trying to) cosmetics, most of the time. After a purge to stay with the aim

There is nothing illegal in this modus operandi, because ultimately people voluntarily give their money to "companies" but there is a lot of immoral, there is nothing unethical. Unfortunately, these "companies" have all corners covered, and there is no way to accuse to do something outside the law. However, in this case there is something very murky, as they are presented with the facade of being Telmex, and within the telephone company is someone who is allowing this to happen, as the "Licensed Ochoa operates from within the building Telmex, and then sold to the idea that candidates will work to Carlos Slim, which is not negligible in this country. Another alarming issue is that the coupling occurs in the context of an official event, which is the Job Fair, also using the image and resources of the State Government and other government entities that support the initiative.
Hopefully the authorities (and Telus) to take action on the matter, however legal it may be the company that operates the local street Zaragoza, recruitment means they are doing anything right, and are hanging from the prestige and resources of others to profit from the need.
